Lopez Island Hospital District

Dr. Hall is a newly appointed commissioner for the Lopez Island Health District. He is a Child Psychiatrist near retirement with extensive history serving on non-profit boards, but first-time volunteer on a state-sponsored commission. 

His passion for quality healthcare on Lopez Island led him to join LIHD in hopes of sustaining and improving access to primary and emergency care for this community separated from hospitals and emergency rooms by the Salish Sea. 

He will be on the ballot in November 2023 for a six-year term.
